Rental Policies
- Payment: We accept traveler’s checks, checks and cash as payment.A credit card is necessary only to reserve the house.
- Maximum Occupancy: While there is no extra charge for additional guests, the homes can only accommodate a certain number of people. Please select your number of guests before completing your reservation. If you have more guests than a house can safely occupy, please choose another house.
- Generous discounts apply: 20-30% off weekly and 50-60% off monthly visits. If you are inquiring about a longer visit, BOOK NOW to reserve your dates and we will call you to apply your discounted rate.
- Rental Agreement: After we discuss and review your reservation, we will send you a rental agreement.
- Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fees ensure that the house is fully clean and ready for the next guests. Slight increase for week or month stays.
- Security Deposits: A security deposit is required for new guests and is dependent upon the length of your stay and the house chosen. Your actual deposit will be shown on the rental agreement.
- Pets: Your well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet, 2 max.
- Keys and Directions: Upon receiving full payment, keys and directions will be mailed to your address. For last-minute arrivals–please call the office to make arrangements.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in after 2pm, Check-out before 11am.
- Early Arrivals/Late Departures: Every effort is made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Please call us to make arrangements.
- Discounts: Discounts and specials cannot be combined. Certain holidays are excluded from discounts and specials. Please contact us for details.
- Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are intended to be a gift to others and may not be redeemed by purchaser. They are valid toward any house on any night, subject to availability and minimum night restrictions. An extra night free is included with all gift certificates.
- Privacy Policy: We will not share, sell, trade, give or in any way divulge the information you provide to any other organization or individual. All information given to us is for our purposes only. Your phone number may be used by us to discuss your inquiry or any issues we may find with your reservation.
