Winter Light Parade | Saturday, December 10th or second Saturday of DecemberThis is a fun parade for the whole family, whether your in it or just watching on the sidelines. The general rule is: If you can put lights on it, you can enter it. Everything from cars and floats, to pets and skateboards have been entered in the past.The parade travels down Adobe Road to Highway 62. The parade travels around Luckie Park, and is followed by a bonfire, caroling, and festive refreshments. For information, call the 29 Palms Chamber of Commerce at (760) 367-3445.

Gretchen will show you the mysterious technique of printing with Akua Intaglio inks where a different amount of oil is added to each color, making the inks resist each other. Eager to share her new knowledge, Gretchen will show you how to set colorfulmediums free with primitive printmaking, writing & painting techniques to create a one-of-a-kind handmade book using the leather strap or the raised cord sewing methods. Reach Out Morongo Basin‘s 8th Annual Parade of Homes – Feb 19th 12pm-5pmOnce again this year you will be able to participate in the Parade of Homes. This is the 8th parade for Reach Out Morongo Basin and it acts not only as a fun tour, but also as a fundraiser for ROMB. Join Reach Out for an intimate historical tour look at some of the most beautiful homes in the Morongo Basin including the All His Ranch, Desert Willow Ranch and Big Horn Ranch. The parade is a great way to both see your community closely and to give back to it. Wonder Valley Homestead Cabin Festival
February – March 31

Festival opening at Fi-Lox-See February 9th, 2pm-7pm. ‘Homestad Show ‘n Tell’ at The Palms Feb 23rd.

Artists, writers, performers, musicians, and just plain folks will be part of the Homestead Show ‘n Tell open gallery and open stage at The
Palms Restaurant as part of the Wonder Valley Homestead Cabin Festival. Readings and performances are limited to 12 minutes each. The festival will take place at the Fi-Lox-See Gallery, The Palms Restaurant, and elsewhere in Wonder Valley.
